The controller responsible for your personal data is Electroautomation, Nikaia, Attica 18451, Greece. You can reach us at info@electroautomation.gr for any question or request relating to your data.

Part I. Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.

In addition, when you submit the contact form your IP address and the time of submission are recorded in a temporary file on our server. This is used solely to rate-limit automated submissions and to diagnose failed deliveries. These entries are automatically discarded after one hour. Your hosting provider may also keep standard server access logs.

This website does not use any analytics, tracking, advertising or profiling service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry emails are typically retained for up to two years after the last contact. Rate-limiting entries containing your IP address are discarded automatically after one hour.

4. Data Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to us by email. They are not written to any website database. The only record kept on the web server is the short-lived rate-limiting entry described in section 1. Your enquiry then lives in our email mailbox, to which we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@electroautomation.gr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Greek supervisory authority, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

This website sets a single essential cookie: a PHP session cookie used to validate the contact form and protect it against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but the contact form will then not work.

7. Third-Party Services

This website loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embedded content. All assets are served from our own domain, so browsing this site does not expose your IP address to any external provider. Email delivery of your enquiry is handled by our own mail server.
